How this page decides
Two to five questions, and the same answers always lead to the same path.
What happens here
- A written rule, not a guess — The recommendation comes from a decision tree in the code. The same answers always lead to the same path, and nothing here reads or scores your case.
- It suggests; it does not decide — A licensed immigration attorney reviews and confirms your case before anything is filed. This page never tells you that you qualify.
- When it does not settle, it says so — If the answers do not point to one process, the page will not pick one at random — it says so and points you to a conversation.
- We ask for your contact after the first answer — Name, phone and e-mail, and someone from the team may write to you. If you would rather not leave them, the full list of processes is one click away.
- The interview and the review cost nothing — You pay once, per case, to generate the documents — no subscription. USCIS fees are separate and you pay them directly to the government.
What we are not
MyAutoform is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We prepare documents from the answers you give; legal judgment belongs to a licensed immigration attorney.
