What do you NOT do?
We do not judge the merits of your case, we do not answer RFEs today, and we never promise an outcome, a timeline or approval. We prepare documents; the decisions are yours and your attorney's.
Do you file my petition with USCIS?
No. The platform prepares and generates the official forms and the package. You sign the documents and file them with USCIS yourself, with the fees paid directly to the government.
What is free, and what do I pay for?
The interview, the document reading and the review are free. A one-time payment per case — from $49 for a standalone form to $999.90 for the EB-2 NIW business plan, with the complete EB-2 NIW or EB-1A package at $799 — unlocks generating the documents. No subscription.
