RFE response

USCIS asked for more evidence. You upload the notice, explain each request in your own language and attach the documents; the response comes out in English, request by request, with an index of exhibits — for an immigration attorney to review before filing.

Got an RFE from USCIS? Upload the notice and build the response request by request, in English, with an exhibit index and separators — for an attorney to review.

What the package includes

  • The reading of the notice, free: each of the officer's requests separated, in the officer's words, with the date the response must arrive and the mailing address
  • The response letter in English, one section per request, citing each document by its exhibit letter
  • The index of exhibits on its own page, and a separator page for each exhibit
  • The package as a ZIP in envelope order: the notice on top, then the letter, the separators and your documents
  • Mailing instructions, with the address and the deadline from your notice

How it works

Four steps, in the order the screen asks for them.

  • Upload the RFE notice — the PDF or a photo of the paper.
  • The reading separates each of the officer's requests, with the deadline and the mailing address. Anything that is not in the notice is discarded.
  • For each request, explain what you have, in your own language, and attach the documents.
  • Confirm that a specialist will review it, pay, and download the letter and the package.

It is for RFEs, from any form — I-140, I-129, I-539, I-485 and others. A NOID (notice of intent to deny) or a denial calls for a different strategy: those stay with an attorney.

What the letter never does

  • It does not invent numbers: an amount, a count or a year that did not come from you or from the notice is marked [CONFIRM], to be checked.
  • It does not cite a document out of place: an exhibit that is not part of that request is marked [CONFIRM].
  • It does not reach conclusions for the officer: sentences such as "meets the criterion" or "should be approved" are taken out of the letter.

Before filing, a specialist

The response goes back to the same officer who asked for more evidence. So before filing, take everything to a licensed immigration attorney: they judge whether the evidence answers what was asked. The platform organizes the response from what you provide; it does not judge the merits and does not promise an outcome or approval.

MyAutoform is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The response must be reviewed by a licensed immigration attorney before it goes to USCIS.
